Thanks in part to USA East's $50,500 gift, the Army expanded and renovated its facilities at Henry Williams Hospital in Cochabamba, Bolivia, to better serve the needs of its patients. Improvements include a new entryway and waiting area, a new kitchen, new staff and nurses' stations, and additional patient rooms.

The front entrance boasts new entry doors, stairs, and a ramp.

In the new waiting area, The War Cry and other Christian pamphlets are distributed.

In the new waiting area, The War Cry and other Christian literature is distributed to visitors. In the background is a new TV for showing Christian and educational videos.

As part of the renovations, the hospital’s prayer/counseling room was moved to a more central location, closer to patients.

Josefina Flores, the hospital cook, works in the new kitchen, where she provides meals for patients and staff.

The expansion project allowed the construction of a nurses’ station in the center of the inpatient ward rooms.
